Job Title: Technical Lead-Data

Total Exp:7-9 Years

Location: Pune

Noice Period: Immediate-30 Days

Role & responsibilities

Implement scalable, secure data architectures.
Develop and maintain data models, data flow structures, and data warehouses.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for databases, data warehouses, and data streams.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across the organization.
Collaborate with IT teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to optimize data utilization.
Create and enforce data management policies and procedures.
Monitor and improve system performance, conducting tests and troubleshooting as needed.
Stay updated with the latest data technologies and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 - 9 years of experience in data lake related programs.
Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, and data visualization tools.
Experience with data warehousing solutions and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) frameworks.
Strong understanding of data security measures and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or MS Fabric.
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
