Lead and supervise daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical,plumbing, fire systems etc.,
Ensure uptime and efficient operation of critical building systems.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with internal teams and external vendors.
Monitor and optimize energy consumption and ensure compliance with sustainability practices.
Maintain documentation related to AMC contracts,compliance records, maintenance logs, and equipment warranties.
Conduct regular audits,inspections, and risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage vendor performance and ensure timely execution of facility related projects and services.
Coordinate space management,technical fit outs and infrastructure changes or expansions.
Implement continous improvement processes to enhance
Facilitates regular meetings with the team and attends leadership meeting on a weekly basis.
Manage housekeeping and facility maintenance as well as timely visits to the Warehouse.
Evaluates and coordinates with General Services staff.
Coordinates Corporate Asset with Technical & Finance Department
Oversees and ensures timely completion of all mailroom operations
Lead staff in absence of Manager in the Facilities department
Perform weekly inspections of primary conference rooms, leased space, customer-facing areas and common areas, and inspect facilities informally for carpet stains, marks on walls that need touch-up, damaged or stained ceiling tiles, bent or broken window blind.
Provide bi-weekly and monthly reports to the site Manager
Manages Service Now Action Requests (ARs) for service, repairs & maintenance, determining the nature of the problem(s) and either completing the request or recommending appropriate solutions to customers in a timely manner
Supports Facilities Department by maintaining filing and records in accordance with organizational and/or legal requirements
Develop, lead and execute efficient and effective purchasing strategies
Lead staff in absence of Manager in the Facilities department
Technical experience with building control systems, environmental systems and audio/visual preferred
Bachelor's degree in Elecrical, Mechanical, civil or Facility managemnet engineering
3-10 years progressive experience in facilities and technical managementwith 2 years lead/supervisory role
Strong knowledge of building HVAC,electrical distribution, UPS,DG, fire suppression systems,,plumbing.
Hands-on experience in managing maintennace schedules, vendor coordination, and safety protocols.
Excelent communication and team leadership abilities.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and energy audits.
Can work extended or flexible hours , if needed.
Require very minimal or no supervision to complete assigned tasks.
With high integrity standards.
With strong leadership skills.
Demonstrates ability to use MS Office applications: Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook.
