Technical Engineer

As a Technical Engineer at Real Tech Systems, you will be responsible for installing and servicing IoT controllers for Water Level Monitoring Systems (iTank) and other products. Your duties will include attending service calls, resolving technical issues at customer sites, conducting site visits to understand customer needs, and providing accurate quotations. It will be essential to update the project/service status daily to the management team and represent Real Tech professionally at exhibitions, events, and client demos. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate documentation related to installations, service, and customer interactions while collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot and ensure smooth implementation. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in EEE, ECE, or Mechatronics. Freshers are encouraged to apply, and a willingness to travel locally for installations and support is essential. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for Fresher candidates.
