Your key responsibilities will include: - On-Site Support Regularly visit customer locations to ensure digital screens function properly. - Installation & Repairs Execute installations, repairs, and maintenance as per company guidelines. - Emergency Support Be available for urgent troubleshooting to provide quick and efficient solutions. - Customer Interaction Coordinate with clients to understand issues and deliver effective resolutions. - Technical Coordination Work closely with the team to prioritize and report technical issues. - Important Requirement: A two-wheeler is mandatory for this role. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Content team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Senior Executive - Personality & Delivery Team The role requires one to work on designing assessments and reporting as per the clients requirements in Cognitive area, for example, Critical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Data Interpretation, etc. The clients can use the assessments for various purposes, for example, recruitment of candidates (freshers hiring, campus hiring etc.), learning & development, training needs identification and succession planning. These assessments are to be designed relevant for a specific job role, industry, geography etc. and hence, the content (questions within assessments) is the most critical part. We will count on you to: Content Quality Control The most critical aspect of the work is taking ownership of thorough quality checks and proofreading of assessments and reports. Reviewing and assessing the quality of content related to assessments design and delivery to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies. Stakeholder Management Effectively doing stakeholder management, foster collaboration, and ensure that the interests of all parties are aligned, ultimately contributing to the success of projects and organizational goals. Coordination with internal teams Providing general support as needed within and across different departments. Reaching out and coordinating with different teams within Mercer Mettl for content, product, technology, and operations-related work for the smooth execution of projects. Research and development Exploring and identifying areas of development for content creation/review or management processes. Monitoring the market trends for the development of new tools/skills and introducing the same in Mercer Mettl inventory. Performing basic architectural calculations. Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables. Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups. Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required. Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets. May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project. May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel. May review and approve conceptual designs. May assist in the development of new architectural methods and techniques. Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations. Qualifications A Bachelor of Architecture is required Applicants are required to have between 13-18 years of experience in Architecture, Middle East/US/UK experience would be desirable but are not essential. Good communication skills, and ability to work well independently at times. Able to see the bigger picture and take a birds-eye view of projects Should have good skills in software like Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation and other related design software Should have basic transport architecture experience and should have worked in Workplace interiors. Should be keen to learn and develop new methods and software. Proven ability in delivering projects under tight timelines. Responsible for providing architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline within the schedules and budget of an assigned project. May manage various size groups of architects, designers and/or specialists. May work on modest size projects and/or assist Project Architectural or Engineering Managers with higher grades.

Role & responsibilities: Register vendors and manage NDA/pre-assessment processes Develop parts and provide technical documentation to suppliers Analyze supplier quotations and prepare price reports Issue LOIs and POs; coordinate supplier handover to SCM Facilitate IQC inspections and conduct line trials Coordinate with internal teams (QA, SCM, Production, etc.) Conduct supplier audits and release MP notifications Manage payment applications Maintain all vendor development records and documents Coordinate part inspections with Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and organize line trials Coordinate sample preparation with QA, manufacturing, and process teams as per Sales requirements Preferred candidate profile: Good communication skills Able to understand drawing Exposure to Solid Edge and NX Software Vendor development and sourcing processes Cost and price analysis techniques Part development and quality control procedures Documentation and audit compliance Minimum 2-3 Years of work experience Educational Qualification : BE - Mechanical
