Technical Co-Founder (CTO)

You will be joining Kritrima Prajna Innovations Pvt Ltd, a transformative EdTech company revolutionizing STEM, AI, and robotics education through platforms like eduCOBOT and Innov8r. With a proven track record of impacting over 10,000 learners in India and East Africa, we are now gearing up to enhance our platforms with more scalability, intelligence, and AI integration. As our senior technical co-founder (CTO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and platforms. Your key responsibilities will include architecting and developing the next versions of eduCOBOT and Innov8r, leading full-stack development using technologies like React.js/Next.js, Node.js, and Python, overseeing the integration of microcontroller-based systems such as Arduino, ESP32, and IoT, managing cloud infrastructure on platforms like Firebase, Vercel, and AWS, designing and implementing agentic AI workflows leveraging OpenAI APIs and LangChain, as well as mentoring the engineering team to ensure successful scaling. The ideal candidate for this role would possess 7-10+ years of experience in full-stack/platform development, with a strong background in building scalable and modular platforms, proven leadership skills in guiding technical teams and making architectural decisions, hands-on experience in integrating hardware with software platforms, familiarity with AI/ML and agentic AI systems, a sound understanding of cloud services, APIs, and deployment workflows, and preferably prior exposure to startup or entrepreneurial environments. Being based in Mumbai or willingness to relocate full-time is essential for this position.
