As a Business Analyst at FYNDNA, you will help develop our next-generation cloud native core solution for small, medium and large financial institutions. The functionality designed by you when integrated as a deployable domain component would address a functional use case such as withdrawing cash from a savings account from an ATM or disbursement of a personal loan from internet banking. [WHAT YOU WILL DO] As a member of the Product Management team, you will research the requirements globally, analyze customer requirements and convert them into implementable software solution. Your responsibilities will include functional design and development of modules across banking domains like Payments, Origination, Deposit and Lending servicing etc. This will require you to possess good understanding of Banking operations preferably across geographies or in India. This will be a ground up development of new software solution and you will be expected to be involved in end to end development and delivery of solution components. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying pain-points of banks and provide solutions to solve those pain points Designing Functional solution documents and user stories Testing of the user stories for acceptance of the developed user stories Maintaining Product backlog and product collaterals Keeping up to date with the regulatory changes impacting the solution and making changes to the solution as required to keep up with these changes Working in close coordination with internal and external stake holders like Development, Test and Implementation teams, and with customer teams Be the SPOC for all functional questions raised by stakeholders across the organization for the areas of your responsibility Independently conduct demos, presentations, product workshops for internal audience as well as audience representing the customer banks [WHAT YOULL NEED] As a part of the Product Management team, you will be driven by desire to engineer real time mission critical applications which touch lives, a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. As an integral part of the Product Management team, you will need the following skills to succeed. [QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE] Engineering or Management Degree or Chartered Accountant Four to eight years experience [PROFICIENCY] Experience as a business analyst either in product development or implementation of a product for retail banking industry in one or more of the following areas Payments, Customer Information File, Account Origination and Onboarding, Pricing, Deposit and Lending Servicing Experience in requirement gathering, requirements documentation, change management and implementation Strong understanding of Banking practices and processes in retail banking areas listed above and the intricacies involved in end-to-end transaction processing and accounting Good understanding of tools for documenting requirements Strong analytical and reasoning ability to justify the solution you design and document Strong communication skills with ability to independently explain the requirements and solution to Development and Testing team and ensure that the end product is as per specifications [ADDED ADVANTAGE] Experience in Development or Implementation of core banking solution like etc. Experience in UX principles and design philosophy Experience in a Techno Functional role Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Experience of using Agile development methodology Knowledge of latest trends and innovations in banking Be a team player and collaborate with members at dierent level of organization hierarchy

Analyzing and Debugging issues based on logs, dashboards, Splunk. Effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Facilitate clear communication of business information to a technical audience. Knowledge of Postman collection, SOAP UI is preferred.
