Willing to work with extended hours for achieving the set targets and objectives. Experience in special purpose machine building/ Automation solution providers. Knowledge on SPM design / Application is desirable / PLC Programming. The role is responsible for, Responsible for meeting & exceeding set sales targets Improving & maintaining relationship with customers. Involved in Selection of elements involved in Control system architecture and had worked with different architecture like PLC based, PC Based & High Speed data acquisition based control system. Worked in SPMs and has knowledge in selection of elements like Servo, Vision, Sensor, Transducer & Traceability system based on the application. Knowledge in preparation of technical proposal, BOM, Layout, Cycle time, cost estimation & preparing the quotation. Strong Technical Know Hows to get the orders Preparation of key insights for the Negotiation with customer & Supplier. Key deliverables Providing right technical solution. Meeting the order acquisition targets. Building confidence by demonstrating the expertise with customer to win the order. Continued satisfaction levels of the customers. Mapping the opportunity & winning the Existing & new customers. External Interfaces Customers Suppliers Global Customers 2.Position : Manager - Application & Technical sales(Mechanical) Reporting to Head BD Job Requirements Education • BE Mech Engineer with 12+ years of experience Relevant Experience • 10 15 years of Post qualification experience The role is responsible for, Providing turnkey Assembly & testing solutions for Automotive, Engineering, medical devices & solar industries by preparing techno commercial proposal and converting in to order. Understanding the RFQ/Customer requirement & proposing the right design concept Review of prepared detailed layout scheme & technical proposal Review of prepared BOM/cost estimation/cycle time diagram/documentation Negotiation & finalization of order Ensuring Documentation Also scan the market & Business Development On time submission of Techno commercial proposal which includes Layout scheme, Technical write up, BOM, Quotation Converting RFQ into order Meeting customer requirements and adhering to standards Meeting the order acquisition targets Acquiring new customers External Interfaces Internal Interfaces Customers Suppliers Global service partners Experience in Special purpose machine Building & Automation preferably in Application & sales or in Design Behavioural Skills • Good Leadership skills Responsible and accountable Diligent and possess eye for details Adaptable to factory environment and foster compliance culture Analytical skills Problem Solving skills.
