Tech Lead Python Fullstack Developer (GenAI)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Tech lead Python Fullstack Developer. You will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our enterprise solutions and be part of a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable AI-driven applications using Python fullstack technologies, ensuring robust frontend-backend integration and optimal system performance
• Drive technical decision-making for complex AI solutions, establishing coding standards, architectural patterns, and technology stack choices across the development lifecycle.
• Spearhead the fine-tuning, and production deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
• Design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines, from data ingestion and model training to API development and real-time inference serving
• Take complete ownership of software development lifecycle, from stakeholder requirement gathering and technical analysis to deployment, monitoring, and post-production maintenance
• Develop high-performance, scalable applications using modern Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI) with responsive frontend technologies, ensuring optimal user experience across all touchpoints
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in Generative AI.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory:

  must have a professional level cloud certification.
• 5-8 years of experience as a tech lead or equivalent roles with expertise in Python
• A degree in computer science or in a relevant field is a plus.
• Backend development for a cloud-native application
• Demonstrated interest in Generative AI with hands-on experience in implementing AI models is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
• Self-driven, motivated, and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
