Tech Lead Front-End Development (Angular) Experience: 7+ years Key Responsibilities Lead the front-end development team in designing and building scalable Angular applications. Architect and implement responsive, cross-browser compatible UIs using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS. Integrate RESTful APIs and work closely with back-end teams for end-to-end delivery. Optimize web performance for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and guide team members technically. Collaborate with UX designers, QA, and product teams to ensure a smooth development lifecycle. Stay current with latest front-end technologies and best practices. Required Skills: Strong experience in Angular (v10+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS. Expertise in responsive design (RWD) using frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind. Hands-on with API integration (REST/GraphQL) and web service handling. Deep understanding of front-end performance tuning, lazy loading, and optimization strategies. Proficient in Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Nice to have Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma). Experience with Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools, and other performance testing tools. Azure deployment experience
