As a Tech BA-ETL at Unison Consulting, you will be instrumental in connecting technical teams with business stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will involve comprehending business requirements associated with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations and converting them into technical specifications. This role will require close collaboration with data engineers, developers, and business analysts to ensure the effective implementation and delivery of ETL solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to collect and document ETL requirements, analyze and transform these requirements into technical specifications and functional design documentation. Working closely with data engineers and developers, you will be involved in designing and executing ETL solutions that align with business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and managing data mappings, workflows, and transformations, as well as conducting data analysis and validation to uphold data integrity and quality. Your role will also involve performing impact analysis, offering technical guidance throughout the ETL solution development process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to guarantee the successful completion of ETL projects, and providing support and troubleshooting for ETL-related issues. Furthermore, you will contribute to refining ETL processes and adhering to best practices to drive continuous improvement. Requirements for this role include proficiency in Oracle SQL, mandatory Excel skills such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP, experience in writing mapping specifications, technical designs, and result validation, familiarity with DataStage is a plus, conducting SIT and UAT, engaging with business users to address queries, mandatory experience in the banking domain, and advantageously possessing liquidity knowledge.,
