Competencies Over 10 years of experience with some experience in small product companies in a hands-on technology mode as a Sales Engineer, Architect, etc. Excellent communication skills and ability to speak to both business and technical audiences. Technically strong around key engineering concepts like SaaS, Cloud Security, and Deployment models. Understanding of coding, especially around Microsoft architectures with a hands-on orientation. Willingness to work with remote teams and time flexibility, given engineering and delivery teams operate from India. Understanding Machine Learning and Process Automation is a strong positive. Based in the US and flexible to travel primarily across the United States (will need to travel occasionally to India for tech deep immersion). The ideal profile would be a BS in Computer Science (an advanced degree/courseware in ML or an MBA would be a bonus).
