Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Mitratech TeamConnect solutions for clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality projects on time. Develop expertise in XML, EML, and SQL technologies used by Mitratech TeamConnect. Troubleshoot issues related to Mitratech TeamConnect platform. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on HR technology solutions (HRMS). Strong understanding of Mitratech Teamconnect architecture and its integration with other systems. Proficiency in developing complex reports using SQL queries and XML data formats. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
