Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Module Delivery:
Lead the delivery of small modules or projects from requirements understanding to customer delivery, ensuring proper documentation and technical reviews at each stage.
Effort Estimation:
Accurately estimate the effort required for a given set of requirements, considering complexity, resources, and timelines.
Customer Communication:
Maintain effective communication with customers as needed, addressing queries, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Cross-Team Coordination:
Collaborate with other team members and customer teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
Solution Design:
Provide multiple implementation solution design options for a given technical requirement, evaluating pros and cons to recommend the most effective approach.
Proposal Preparation:
Contribute to the preparation of proposals, including technical sections, to support project initiation and planning.
Localization of Solutions:
Promote and implement localized solutions based on global experience, ensuring relevance and efficiency in the local context.
