Team Leader

A Team Leader is responsible for guiding, motivating, and overseeing a team to achieve specific goals. They ensure team members understand their roles, manage workflows, and foster a positive and productive work environment. Key responsibilities include setting goals, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts.

Responsibilities:

• Setting Goals and Direction:Defining clear objectives for the team and aligning them with overall organizational goals.
• Communication:Facilitating open and effective communication within the team and with other departments.
• Delegation and Task Management:Assigning tasks, managing workflows, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Performance Management:Monitoring individual and team performance, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
• Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:Identifying and addressing issues within the team, facilitating constructive discussions, and finding solutions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
