Roles and Responsibilities Manage telecom projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Conduct regular progress monitoring and control through effective communication with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on projects. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in PMO or similar role in Telecom/ISP companies. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electronics/Telecommunication or related field. Strong understanding of Project Management principles, including planning, execution, monitoring & controlling. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
