The incumbent shall be responsible for deliveringrobust HR offerings with a responsibility to manage the employee lifecycle andtalent engagement. The incumbent will beexpected to execute and implement the HR priorities HR initiatives in therespective New Energy vertical. Job Accountabilities Ensure end-to-end delivery of HRservices across designated area of delivery Take responsibility for TalentManagement initiatives within designated area Work with Corporate LD fordelivery of Leadership and Managerial Academy programs, to meet designated areaLD requirements Ensure timely completion of PMS Coordinate onboarding, retirals,maintenance of employee data, transfers, and other HR operations activities Own Employee relations and employeeengagement initiatives Plan, organize and conduct employeeinteraction and communication sessions at periodic intervals for disseminationof relevant information and obtaining group feedbacks Provide HR Policy guidance andinterpretation to employees and leaders Education Requirement : MLW / MSW / MBA-HR or PGqualification in HR from reputed institute (full time course) Experience Requirement : Minimum 1 year ofexperience in HR post qualification Skills Competencies : Domain knowledge of HR policies andpractices Good communication skills Managing ambiguity Stakeholder management skills .

As a KYC Audit Exam Team Associate within the Client Operations team at J.P. Morgan, you will be at the forefront of mitigating regulatory, financial, and operational risks. You will have the opportunity to engage in a range of specialist areas including AML/KYC, Regulatory engagements, and Internal audits. Your role will be pivotal in developing an appropriate risk culture across the Client Onboarding team and key partners. This role requires a proactive approach to issue management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Partake in engagements across a range of specialist areas including AML/KYC, Regulatory engagements, Internal audits and Issue management. Assist in mitigating and escalating all risks (operational, reputational, financial, regulatory etc) that may impact on EMEA Client Onboarding. Assist in developing an appropriate risk culture across the Client Onboarding team and key partners. Assist in issue management through proactive management of Action Plans including analysis of solutions, plan proposal, oversight of plan tasks, validation, manage chain of approvals and closure. Maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders, Compliance, Control Management, Business Management, Product Platform and Technology on fulfilling responsibilities of the risk team in EMEA. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Experience in the financial services industry, with demonstrated knowledge of AML/KYC and Economic Sanctions. Background in controls, audit, operational risk, legal or compliance Proven track record of consistent delivery in a fast paced environment. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a problem-solver mindset. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure and with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues to key stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc), PowerPoint, Word and Visio.
