Teacher pre primary

To create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children aged 2 to 6 years, while promoting a love for learning through play-based and activity-driven teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the curriculum.
• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Foster a positive and respectful relationship with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Assess and document children’s progress, development, and learning outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, written reports, and informal updates.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, independence, and positive behavior in the classroom.
• Integrate storytelling, music, art, and hands-on activities into daily instruction.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
• Maintain classroom hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with co-teachers, assistants, and school staff to ensure holistic development of each child.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a pre-primary or early years setting (freshers with training may be considered).
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Creative, energetic, and flexible teaching style.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Knowledge of child development principles and early years pedagogy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Montessori or early childhood education frameworks.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, digital learning tools).
• First Aid and Child Safety certification (optional but beneficial).
