TCMS OT Security Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Security Consultant with in-depth knowledge of TCMS (Train Control & Management Systems) security. The ideal candidate must hold certifications in ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and Risk Management. The consultant will play a key role in establishing security baselines, conducting assessments, delivering client demos, and driving compliance with industry standards in the OT domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Setup & Implementation:

Design and implement OT security controls aligned with IEC 62443 and ISO 27001 frameworks.

Develop and configure security architecture for TCMS environments, including segmentation, access control, and incident response.

Lead and monitor OT/ICS cybersecurity risk mitigation strategies.

Security Assessments & Reviews:

Conduct gap assessments, vulnerability assessments, and risk assessments for OT systems.

Identify and mitigate security risks in TCMS, SCADA, PLC, and related OT infrastructures.

Review system logs, configuration, and incident data to identify potential threats.

Guidelines & Documentation:

Draft and maintain OT cybersecurity policies, procedures, and technical guidelines.

Ensure alignment with regulatory and client-specific security requirements.

Contribute to OT cybersecurity awareness and best practice training.

Client Engagement & Demonstration:

Deliver technical demos, workshops, and presentations to clients on OT security posture and remediation plans.

Act as a technical advisor for OT cybersecurity during client interactions and internal reviews.

Support client onboarding by demonstrating the efficacy of security controls and strategies.

Required Qualifications:

Certifications (Mandatory):

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor or Implementer

IEC 62443 Certified (any relevant level such as 62443-3-2 or 62443-2-1)

Certified Risk Management Professional (CRISC, ISO 270005,ISO 31000 or equivalent)

Education:

Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent field.

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years in OT security consulting with TCMS or transportation/railway domain exposure.

Hands-on experience with ICS/SCADA, PLC security, network zoning, and OT firewall policies.

Field experience handing TCMS and Design Architecture are mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of TCMS protocols and architecture.

Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS).

Experience in preparing security baselines and hardening guides.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
