This position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, managing the accounting team, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Analyse financial data and provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting. Ensure compliance with all internal controls and external reporting requirements. Accounting Operations: Manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Oversee the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate with the Management to develop annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
