TC-CS-Cyber Architecture-OT and Engineering-Zscaler-Senior

We are looking for a skilled Cyber Security professional with 6 to 11 years of experience in Information Technology, specializing in Cyber Security roles. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SASE, Zscaler, Netskope, and Next-gen Firewalls, as well as expertise in Security Engineering & Architecture assessments. ### Roles and Responsibility Design and implement network security systems within an organization's IT network, both on-prem and cloud. Plan, design, deploy, configure, integrate, and manage network protection controls including Next-gen firewalls, SASE, Zscaler, Cloud Proxy, IPS/IDS, VPN, and network authentication solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zscaler network connectivity, security policies, and performance optimization. Deploy, configure, and manage Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) solutions to optimize end-user experiences. Monitor and analyze network and application performance metrics using ZDX tools and dashboards. Design and deploy security solutions towards adoption of the Zero Trust architecture for organizations. Develop patterns and validate those patterns through engagement with business and lab work. Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with great follow-up skills. Drive outcomes and become the multidisciplinary expert that enables engagement. Demonstrate proven extensive abilities with leveraging creative thinking and problem-solving skills, individual initiative, and utilizing Office 365, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Google Docs. Possess good presentation, project management, facilitation, and delivery skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Develop and implement automation solutions and capabilities that align with client business, technology, and threat posture. ### Job Requirements Strong hands-on experience with SASE, Zscaler, Netskope, and Next-gen Firewalls. Professional-level knowledge in areas such as Security Engineering & Architecture assessments. Expert-level experience in solution deployment, maintenance, and operations. Knowledge of Zero Trust Design and Cloud Security Architecture. An entrepreneurial approach to solving security problems with consultative skills. Good soft skills, including verbal and written communication, and technical document writing. Strong project management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Prior experience working in the Advisory or Technology Consulting industry is preferred. Customer orientation skills. SASE vendor-specific certification is an added advantage.
