Interested candidates please share your resume at elfieda.george@seatrium.com Role & responsibilities Develop detailed equipment specifications for Static equipments like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, Columns, Electric heaters, Plate and Frame heat exchangers, fired heaters, storage tanks, Pig launcher & receiver and utility systems, along with hands on experience in process packages like Gas Dehydration Unit, H2S removal package, Produced Water treatment package, Oil separation package, Chemical injection package, N2 generation package, Waste heat recovery unit and Flare package. Hands on experience in software like PVElite, Compress, Autocad, Naviswork, HTRI. Knowledge of ASME Sec VIII. Div. 1 and Div.2, ASME Sec II, TEMA, API 620, API 650, NACE MR0175 & NACE MR0103. Vendor shop and fabrication knowledge of static equipment and package is an advantage. Involved in FEED to detailed design engineering of offshore, FPSO(Topside) projects. Perform concept selection, equipment specification, vendor selection and coordination, quality control, testing, installation, commissioning, and start up. Prepare and manage equipment & package Material requisition, RFQ (request for quotation), TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) and TQ (Technical Queries). Organizing BCM (Bid Clarification Meeting) with Vendor & engineering team. Coordination/Follow up Vendor HAZOP meetings, Model Design Review Coordination of work with inter-discipline (Piping, Process, Structure, Electrical, Instrumentation and HSE). Administer mechanical project teams and outline the scope of work. Vendor correspondence to obtain technical offer. Technical evaluations of incoming quotations. Analise drawings and test procedures as well as maintained project quality system. Review of vendor documents considering design integrity of work. Coordination/Preparation/Review of VOR Selection of rotating equipment engineering designs such as pumps, compressors, steam turbines, gas turbines, diesel generators, fans & blowers Preferred candidate profile
