Job Description

We are seeking a Tax Manager to lead our tax strategy, compliance, and reporting functions.
You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws while optimizing the company's tax planning approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee corporate tax compliance and reporting processes.
Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize liabilities.
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on audits and assessments.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in tax management or corporate tax compliance.
In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
