Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods specific to Indian cuisine. Strong knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, and cooking styles. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred.
