Additionally, your responsibilities will include isolating and troubleshooting issues, escalating complex problems to Level 3, and providing timely updates and resolutions to customers via the call logging and tracking system. In this role, you will be required to work in a 24/7 business support environment, handle network protocol traces, conduct end-to-end QoS configuration/troubleshooting for Cisco CMS, and have a clear understanding of VoIP and Unified Communications technologies. Experience with MS Teams, Cisco CUCM/UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions, and third-party call recording platforms will be beneficial. You should also be familiar with telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling, VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, and ITIL practices.
