Tamil telecaller

Job Overview:

We are looking for a fluent Tamil-speaking Telecaller to handle customer communication with clients from South India. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining product details, and converting inquiries into sales or dealer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to Tamil-speaking customers and dealers to promote key cutting machines, key blanks, and accessories.
• Understand customer needs and explain relevant products and pricing.
• Handle incoming calls from Tamil-speaking customers with professionalism.
• Maintain and update records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in Excel or CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Follow up with existing dealers for repeat orders and feedback.
• Provide after-sales assistance when required.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Tamil (speaking and understanding); basic English or Hindi is a plus.
• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
