You are expected to build strong client relationships, address customer queries, achieve territory sales targets, and generate new business opportunities. Conducting market research, competitor tracking, and coordinating with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (MBA is a plus) and have a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in construction or building materials. A good knowledge of steel products and their applications, strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory, while basic English is preferred. You must also be willing to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.,
