Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Representative who will be responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with existing Tally customers, ensuring timely TSS renewals, identifying upgrade opportunities, and generating qualified leads for cloud-based and enterprise solutions like TPonAWS, WhatsApp Integration, and TallyPrime Server
Good understanding of Tally ecosystem: TSS, TallyPrime, Add-ons, etc
Salary : 30 to 35000
Location : SP Ring Road, South Bopal, Ahmedabad
