Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications received, and offers made.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring or end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of B2C market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sourcing candidates (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
