Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage a wide range of HR function- with a key focus on TA (sourcing, budgeting, scheduling and offer process) Ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Recruiting and selecting candidates Onboarding and offboarding employees Handling employee relations and conflict resolution Managing performance evaluations Designing and delivering training programs Ensuring policy compliance, and handling HR administrative tasks Monthly MIS, management reviews, dashboard Training need identification and development of individuals Support in driving the PMS process Monthly engagement initiatives across sites and offices Designing policies and surveys to capture pulse of employees and work on action plan Preferred candidate profile Well informed in Statutory Compliance and Labor Laws Should be ready to travel to sites Should be flexible in terms of office timings Should be ok to work alternate Saturdays Location: Lower Oshiwara, Andheri West
