Talent Acquisition Manager/Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager/Lead to oversee our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding and attracting top talent. You will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and driving our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various levels and functions.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing techniques.
• Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to enhance sourcing capabilities.
• Promote the company's employer brand and culture to attract high-quality candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
