The Talent Acquisition Manager - Sourcing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Leadership:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with Sagility’s business objectives, workforce plans, and growth targets, specifically considering the Bangalore talent landscape.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sourcing specialists (if applicable), fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and results delivery.
  • Stay at the forefront of sourcing best practices, tools, and technologies, championing their adoption within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and Business Leaders to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, define target candidate personas, and build effective sourcing plans.
  • Talent Pipelining & Candidate Attraction:
  • Proactively identify, attract, and engage top-tier passive and active candidates through innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, focusing on roles in healthcare BPM, analytics, and other key areas for Sagility.
  • Leverage a multi-channel sourcing approach including, but not limited to, advanced Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, industry-specific forums, professional networking, employee referrals, university relations, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
  • Utilize data and market intelligence to identify and tap into new talent pools relevant to the Bangalore market and Sagility's specific needs.
  • Market Intelligence & Employer Branding:
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the Bangalore talent market, including competitor intelligence, compensation trends, and skill availability for the healthcare BPM sector.
  • Partner with the marketing and employer branding teams to enhance Sagility’s visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice in Bangalore.
  • Actively promote Sagility’s employee value proposition and diversity & inclusion initiatives through various sourcing channels.
  • Process Optimization, Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on key sourcing metrics (e.g., source effectiveness, time-to-source, pipeline conversion rates, diversity of hires, cost-per-hire) to measure ROI and drive continuous improvement.
  • Optimize sourcing processes for efficiency, scalability, and an excellent candidate experience.
  • Ensure meticulous data management and integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates and insights on sourcing activities and market conditions to TA leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including TA Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on talent sourcing, providing guidance and consultation to hiring teams.
  • Effectively communicate sourcing strategies, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of [e.g., 8-10] years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on strategic sourcing and talent pipelining.
  • Demonstrable experience [e.g., 3-5 years] in a leadership or managerial capacity, ideally managing sourcing teams or complex sourcing projects.
  • Proven success in sourcing for a variety of roles, ideally within the healthcare, BPM or BPO sector.
  • Deep understanding of the Leadership talent market, including key players, talent pools, and sourcing nuances specific to the region.
  • Expert proficiency in using advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean logic, X-ray search, semantic search) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Hiretual, Taleo, Workday, or similar ATS/CRM platforms).

  • Experience in developing and implementing diversity sourcing strategies.
  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High degree of initiative, proactiveness, and results orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations in India.
