Shift Time:-10:30AM to 7:30PM Working Day :-Sunday to Thursday Middle East Hiring Mandate Job Role - Responsibilities: - Review requisition on ATS Site and on catalogue on internal and external sourcing sites and job boards. Screening and Scheduling candidates for next rounds coming in from various sources ensuring high attendance/conversion rate. Reach out to candidates,those who applied through various JobBoards. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews. Handle candidate querie related to job requirements and interview scheduling. Conduct candidate engagement, notifying new hires on next steps or outstanding items. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to assess candidate pipeline/onboarding status Help oversee the daily operations of the recruitment team. Train new team members on recruitment processes and best practices.
