Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition and Operations Associate with 0-1 year of experience to support our recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a basic understanding of HR processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and a proactive attitude toward learning and development in HR is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Job Postings & Sourcing: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, internal referrals).
  • Resume Screening & Shortlisting: Help review resumes, assess candidates' qualifications, and support the shortlisting process for interviews.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth process.
  • Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, updating them on application status and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Offer Letters & Documentation: Assist in preparing and issuing offer letters with accurate compensation details and role specifics.

HR Operations:

  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and new employees are integrated smoothly.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates and new hires in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR tools.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Support in preparing basic recruitment reports, tracking KPIs like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates using MS Excel.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and help streamline the process.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure recruitment and HR operations follow company policies and comply with relevant legal requirements.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, workshops, and other programs that contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations. Freshers with a keen interest in HR are also welcome to apply.

Skills:

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • MS Excel: Basic proficiency in Excel for managing data and preparing reports.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Learning Mindset: Eager to learn and grow in the HR field, with a proactive approach to improving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR Systems: Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar HR tools is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
