You should have 7 to 12 years of experience in Mainframe development with hands-on coding expertise in COBOL, PL/1, JCL, and DB2. It is essential to possess knowledge in the Insurance domain and Agile development methodologies. Good communication skills are also a requirement for this role. Your responsibilities will include code development and maintenance, showcasing a good analytical and systematic approach to problem-solving. Understanding and utilization of appropriate methods, tools, and applications are expected. Continuous learning and skill upgrades are encouraged, with exposure to AI tools being a plus.
