About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior System Operations Engineer In this role, you will: Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 4+ Years of Experience as Production Support Engineer in windows Environment.( Does not Required Windows Admins ) Knowledge in PowerApps is added advantage. Working knowledge of RPA software of various versions (UiPath ) is must. Demonstrable working knowledge of Windows 2008 server O/S anddemonstrable intermediate knowledge of IIS General knowledge SQL2008/2005,familiarity with SQL DBMS interface and integrated tools Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques related to networksand systems i. e. remote access tools, Windows Support tools, connectivitytests, etc. Strong understanding of IT Service Management - Incident/Problem Management, Change/Release Management. Job Expectations: Experience in understanding the UiPath Cloud Environment & HD BOTS. Experience in monitoring, Deployment of automations running on Uipath. Must have good knowledge in Power Apps (Only Model Driven Apps ) . Must have good scripting knowledge in Shell or Python or Power shell. Proactive monitoring of all automations in production environment along with infrastructure management. Good to have experience in developing & Maintain the automations in UiPath. Record and track incident, send out incident communication to stake holders, maintain data hygiene and capture all relevant data on the incident ticket, SLA compliance Solid understanding of Service Level Agreement, awareness of the production environment/application being supported Report production issues/bugs and help in replication of the issues Identify gaps in production monitoring and work towards addressing them Work to contribute and improve the End User experience. Work on automation which can reduce the supportability of the application Contribute towards application stability, identify incident patterns, report vulnerability in production environment and also need to work on patching. Participate in BCP/DR, patching and upgrades related to application/database servers Train new and existing team member on technical and functional aspects Ability to manage incident calls and participate on RCA discussions.

What youll be doing... This position exists to drive sales plans that support gross adds as well as revenue growth; and is a liaison between Business Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing Organizations supporting daily processes, policies, and procedures for wireless systems within the Verizon Business Group. This role is key for technical troubleshooting and problem-solving with internal teams, business, and vendor partners. Owns all escalated incidents from the triage teams through resolution for their respective business groups. Applies agnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, contact vendors, apply appropriate solutions, and fully own incidents to completion. In addition to being responsible for managing a team that owns the EzTracker system, processes, and policies that are utilized by the sales and support teams selling wireless business products and services. You will also partner with senior and executive leadership across multiple channels and segments to provide strategy and program leadership to support wireless business sales operations. Also partnering with Tech Ops, GTS, Field Ops, Marketing, L&D / Training, & EUS to develop, implement, & communicate innovative solutions. While also providing trends and insights on operational effectiveness to simplify operations and efficiencies that will create a better customer and employee experience. This position will also require strong skills in analytics, communication, problem-solving, and systems; along with the ability to work in a very dynamic environment End-User Support, Troubleshooting, Trouble Ticket Management, Testing, Prioritization, Tracking, and Resolution for MyBiz/B360, EzTracker, and Business Device Trade-In. Responsible for the leadership of a work group and/or development of broad programs or projects in support of organizational or national strategies; communicates & translates functional/operational goals into team goals; effectively manages the implementation of policies & procedures. Ability to manage, develop, execute, and report out project plans to support new launches or changes to our business with a proven record for managing multiple simultaneous projects on time and budget. Identifying opportunities to automate processes, and communicate upcoming systems enhancements to the sales teams & solicit feedback. Ability to prioritize tasks with the ultimate goal of ensuring focus on the most impactful items. What were looking for... Seven or more years of experience in business operations, business support, or management roles. Experience working in or extensively supporting a sales-oriented work environment. Strong interpersonal and project management skills. In-depth knowledge of VzW Sales Systems, business processes, and product/service offerings. Strong proficiency using MS Office/Google Suite (e.g. - Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). Some or All knowledge of MyBiz, B360 Platform (Ordering, Account Inquiry, POC Portal, EzTracker, and Quoting) , AYS, JIRA, and other various systems utilized by the wireless business sales teams. Even better if you have: Broad industry knowledge of business operations. Ability to multi-task and flex with changing business needs. Ability to conduct meetings, evaluate issues, provide solutions, and drive aggressive timelines. Ability to facilitate trainings to present/transmit information in a professional, succinct manner. Strong knowledge of product/project planning and analysis concepts, methodologies, tools, standards and procedures. Ability to effectively balance job challenges. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Strong Banking domain knowledge would be added advantage Expert in Unix/Windows operating system Strong experience in automation using any of scripting (shell/Perl/Python). Strong knowledge of any of Relational database ( Oracle/My Sql) SQL queries Flexible to work in shifts (APAC UK ) on rotational basis Expertise in ITIL processes (Change, Incident and Problem Management) for Application Support Knowledge on any of monitoring tools like ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics , Splunk Experience in supporting Apache or Weblogic Server or any similar Application servers. Knowledge of IBM MQ Series, Tomcat Experience in job scheduling tools like Autosys, control M, IBM Workload scheduler Demonstrated experience in identifying critical issues and troubleshooting. Responds to operation monitoring events in test and production environments Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Should be able to influence various partners and Technology teams for quick restoration and ensure Application availability. Take the lead for the issues and drive them to closure.
