You will be responsible for various engineering activities aimed at delivering differentiated services and solutions. This includes tasks such as product evaluation, solution designing, testing, and implementing rollout plans for both existing and new services. Your role will involve designing tools necessary for the operation of these services and systems. As part of this operational role, your focus will be on achieving results that directly impact day-to-day engineering operations in the areas of Network, SDWAN, Cloud & Security, Unified Collaboration, Mobility & IoT. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting systems engineering for front-end processors, cloud infrastructure, LAN/WAN communications, network nodes, switches, and transmission systems. - Ensuring timely rollout of system enhancements, migration, deployment, and optimization projects. - Participating in planning, architecture designing, development, and testing of solutions and service products across network layers. - Developing systems involving storage, load balancers, servers, and routers/switches. - Managing physical connectivity, hardware, and automation tools. - Resolving user escalations and integrating new systems with existing ones. - Leading the assurance team in reducing fault rate and ticket rate. - Ensuring engineering projects are completed within set timelines, budget, and scope. - Performing performance tuning and automation of applications. Desired Skill Sets: - Experience in system and platform deployment across network layers. - Proficiency in managing systems like storage, load balancers, servers, and routers/switches. - Knowledge of emerging network systems, applications, and technologies. - Understanding of network security and its applications. - Familiarity with network and cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, backup, network, security, as well as application architecture and deployment. - Experience in backup implementation and operations.,
