Description We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our systems and applications to meet business requirements. Responsibilities Analyze and document system requirements and specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance. Provide support and troubleshooting for existing systems and applications. Develop and maintain system documentation including user manuals and training materials. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of system enhancements. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in system analysis or a related role. Proficient in system modeling techniques and tools such as UML or BPMN. Strong understanding of database management and SQL. Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
