System Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our computer systems and networks. Your key responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software to ensure efficient and secure operation. You should have experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems and be able to diagnose and resolve issues promptly. Additionally, you will manage and maintain user accounts and permissions to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Your responsibilities will involve installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripherals. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, monitor system performance, create and maintain user accounts and permissions, ensure system backups and data recoverability, perform routine maintenance including updates and patching, respond to technical assistance requests from users, manage network security, and collaborate with team members to design and implement new systems. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role, familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMWare or Hyper-V, experience with backup and recovery systems, understanding of network protocols and security, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
