Job Description

Role & responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain operating systems. Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Perform regular backups and recovery operations. Maintain server and virtualization environments. Ensure security through access controls, firewalls and antivirus software. Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly. Maintain documentation of systems and procedures. Provide support for internal users and coordinate with vendors. Install and configure local area networks (LAN) and wireless networks. Monitor network performance and optimize for speed and availability. Troubleshoot network issues and outages. Maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls). Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures. Manage IP address assignments and DNS, DHCP configurations. Maintain up-to-date network documentation. Work with ISPs and vendors to support and enhance network services. IT-Infra Ticket Logging, updating, and closing tickets in Ticketing tool. IT-Assets up-to-date Inventory Management. IT- Audit compliance adherence as per IT Policies, Maintaining IT related records. Remote support for Work from home users Coordinating with customer for Remote ID and tools access Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as a System Administrator, IT Administrator, or similar role. Strong knowledge of system security and network structures. Experience with server virtualization, backups and recovery tools. Relevant certifications.
