Job Title: System Administrator Location: Mangadu Department: IT Reports To: IT Manager / Head of Operations Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks. Your goal is to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Install and configure software, hardware, and networks. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. - Ensure security through access controls, firewalls, and backups. - Upgrade systems with new releases and models. - Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies. - Create and maintain documentation and IT policies. - Manage servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization tools. - Monitor data center operations, backups, and disaster recovery processes. - Coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades or repairs. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role. - Strong knowledge of system security, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and scripting - Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management. - Problem-solving and communication skills.
