Job Title: Liaisoning Officer - Urban Development Department Job Location: Candidate base location Experience : 7+ Years Job Description: The Liaisoning Officer will facilitate communication and coordination between our organization and government bodies, focusing on the Urban Development Ministry. The ideal candidate will have extensive government liaisoning experience, strong connections in UDD (urban development department), and high-level contacts in Mantralay. Key Responsibilities: Government Liaisoning: Serve as the main point of contact with government agencies, fostering and maintaining relationships to secure project approvals. Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain high-level connections within Mantralay and other relevant departments. Project Facilitation: Coordinate document preparation and submission for government approvals. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with government regulations and prepare regular status reports. Networking: Attend government meetings and events to represent the organization and expand the network. Solid Waste Management (SWM) Specialist Urban Infrastructure Location : Greater Noida Project : Multimodal Transport Hub Employment Type : Full-Time / Contract Experience : 7-10 years in urban waste management or environmental engineering projects Role Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable Solid Waste Management Specialist to develop an integrated waste management strategy for a state-of-the-art Multimodal Transport Hub in Greater Noida. This includes planning for collection, segregation, storage, treatment, and disposal of solid waste generated during both construction and operation phases. Key Responsibilities: Design a sustainable and scalable waste management plan for the transport hub. Assess projected waste volumes from passenger movement, commercial spaces, and transport operations. Plan infrastructure for waste segregation, storage, collection routes, and transfer stations. Recommend technologies for waste treatment (e.g., composting, waste-to-energy, MRFs). Ensure compliance with local and national waste management rules (SWM Rules, 2016). Work with architects and engineers to integrate waste management systems into design. Support procurement of waste management equipment and service providers. Monitor environmental impact and support related reporting and audits. Qualications: Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering, Public Health Engineering, or Urban Planning with specialization in SWM. 7–10 years of relevant experience, ideally in large urban infrastructure or public transport projects. Familiarity with SWM Rules 2016, CPHEEO manuals, and applicable environmental regulations. Experience in preparing DPRs, EIA documents, and O&M plans for SWM systems. Preferred: Experience in smart city projects, transport hubs, or industrial areas. Knowledge of circular economy principles and sustainability certifications (e.g., IGBC, GRIHA).
