The Technical Regulations Analyst is responsible for evaluating and documenting the relevance of Legal Technical Regulations and Standards for the Group Sector and/or BA product portfolio, ensuring alignment with affected Segments, Markets, Products, and/or Projects. Additionally, if necessary, the TRA enriches the analysis documentation to meet organizational, product, project, and/or process-specific needs. This may involve singularizing relevant requirements and transforming them into usable Requirements Objects with significance for specific Products, Projects, and/or Processes. Furthermore, the TRA plays a key role in leading the prevention of risks for the entire corporation and all employees from potential technical non-compliances (license to operate). They are also tasked with addressing the growing regulatory complexity for products and product-related services in all relevant markets by analyzing relevant LTRs/Standards. The ideal candidate for this position must possess the following qualifications and skills: - Experience in Chemical Regulations such as REACH, PFAS, SVHC - Proficiency in using expert systems that support Requirements Elicitation and Analysis - Advanced knowledge of Legal Technical Regulations and National and International Standards - Analytical and structured work style with a focus on model compliance with administration rules - Business fluency in English (additional languages are appreciated) - More than 5 years of working experience in R&D or Quality in the area of Mobility and/or Material - Educational background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field It is considered a plus to have knowledge in Rubber formulation or mixing. Senior Engineer, Material Compliance (IMDS) Experience 3 years onwards General Description: Responsibilities include working with Suppliers for unreported parts. Task will be to create IMDS and submit to customers and correct any issues until IMDS approval. Experience in IMDS, SVHC substances, ELV directive, CMRT and REACH is desired. He/She will be working on Engine components, Filtration management, thermal management products like HVAC, Radiator, Charge air coolers and Electronic and Mechatronics products. Role and Responsibilities: Work experience (Years) Minimum experience of 3 year in Automotive material compliance. Request and validate the supplier material datasheets as per IMDS and OEM guidelines. Guide suppliers for resubmission of rejected parts. Create material data sheet in IMDS to release internally or to OEM as per IMDS Guidelines. Ensure correct and error free material data. Communicate project status to requestors. Communication within the relevant supply chain to request for submission of CMRT / EMRT and verify the received declarations. Submit SCIP as required. Basic knowhow of JAMA/CDX/ Behavioral competencies: English language proficiency is must. Knowledge of German (Foreign language) will be an added advantage.
