At Cadence, we are looking for a skilled IT - Systems Engineer to join our team in Noida. As an IT Systems Engineer at Cadence, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our core IT Infrastructure Systems, including Servers & Data Center Operations. You will have the opportunity to work on automating operations to manage Unix infrastructure globally and be involved in automation projects & global rollouts. To be successful in this role, you should be an Engineering graduate (Computer/Electronics) or equivalent with a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience. You must have at least 3 years of experience specialized in System Administration, working on Redhat Linux, SUSE Linux, AIX, Cent OS. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in physical server deployment in the Datacenter and be proficient in installation, configuration, and administration of RHEL 4.x/5.x/6.x/7.1, SLES 10/11/12. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge and experience in Python, as well as experience working with configuration management tools such as Ansible & Puppet. You should also possess good networking concepts and HW support experience. The ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role. You will be working in the AWS platform managing SAP workloads and developing automation scripts using AWS services. It is essential to support a 24*7 environment and have the willingness to learn new technologies. As a part of this role, your major accountabilities will include solving incidents and implementing changes in the AWS Cloud environment. You will be responsible for owning and driving incidents to resolution, with a strong focus on performance troubleshooting and capacity management. Additionally, you will champion the standardization and simplification of AWS Operations involving various services such as S3, EC2, EBS, Lamda, Network, NACL, Security Groups, and others. You will also prepare and execute internal AWS projects, identifying critical integration points, proposing solutions for key gaps, and providing effort estimations while ensuring alignment with business and other teams. Consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and Agile ways of working are crucial aspects of this role. It is important to deliver assigned project work within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards, while adhering to the release calendars. Being able to work in a dynamic environment and support users globally is key, along with being a team player and being available for weekend on-call duties as needed. Minimum Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in business/technical domains, AWS Cloud certifications/trainings, and over 5 years of relevant professional IT experience in the related technical area. Proven experience in handling AWS Cloud workloads, preparing Terraform scripts, running pipelines, and excellent troubleshooting skills are necessary. Additionally, knowledge of handling SAP workloads, extensive monitoring experience, and experience in a 24*7 environment are advantageous. Experience with installing and setting up SAP environment in AWS Cloud, EC2 Instance setup, EBS and EFS Setup, S3 configuration, as well as Alert Configuration in Cloud Watch are required. Good knowledge of NACL and Security Groups, usage of Cloud Formation and automation pipelines, and Identity and Access Management are important for this role. An understanding of ITIL v4 principles and the ability to work in complex 24*7 environments are also essential. Preferred candidate profile: Should have at least 6-10 years of relevant experience. At least 6-10 years of experience specialized in System Administration working on Redhat Linux, SUSE Linux, AIX, Cent OS. Experience on Kernel tunning, Linux image modififcations, Opensource compilations Involved in installation, configuration and administration of RHEL 4.x/5.x/6.x/7.1, SLES 10/11/12). Experience in System Administration, System Builds, Server builds, Installs, Upgrades, Patches, Migration & Trouble shooting. Should have good working knowledge to administer LDAP, DNS servers. Should have good networking concepts and HW support experience. Ability to priorities tasks and work under pressure Collaboration capability, Team work sprint, Personable, professional demeanour. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. Good working knowledge of Foreman, Elk, Grafana Engineering graduate (Computer/Electronics). Role & Responsibilities: Design and develop application features using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high performance and scalability. Work efficiently in Linux-based systems, handling configurations, shell scripting, and administrative tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and integrate system modules seamlessly. Ensure quality code delivery by following best practices, coding standards, and efficient debugging techniques. Conduct unit testing, participate in integration testing, and manage deployments in Linux environments. Prepare detailed technical documentation for projects, applications, and APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain high system reliability and user satisfaction. Stay updated on emerging technologies in Java, Spring Boot, and Linux, and apply innovative solutions where relevant.
