Surveillance Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Monitor real-time
surveillance camera feeds
from multiple commercial locations.
Identify suspicious or irregular activity
, and escalate according to protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via
email, phone, or SMS
in
fluent English
.
Initiate emergency responses
by contacting internal teams, clients, or authorities as required.
Draft clear, concise, and grammatically correct
incident reports
.
Coordinate with colleagues and supervisors during
shift handovers
or complex incidents.
Strictly follow
operational procedures
and maintain situational awareness at all times.
Effectively manage multiple camera views while maintaining
focus during night shifts
.

Candidate Profile

Strong command of
written and spoken English
(mandatory)
Prior experience in
remote monitoring / security operations / control room
preferred
Ability to stay
alert and focused
during night shifts
Detail-oriented, reliable, and quick in assessing risks
Comfortable with
multi-tasking and real-time decision-making
Proficient with basic computer systems and typing

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline
2 to 4 years of experience in remote monitoring, surveillance, BPO (voice process), or emergency operations preferred
Familiarity with incident response protocols is an advantage
