This is a full-time in-office role (no remote option). The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating commercial, trend-driven graphics that align with Kmarts design direction and resonate with our target customer. This includes placement prints, icons, and all-over repeats for childrens apparel. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop coordinated graphic ranges for apparel collections Collaborate closely with fellow designers to create on-trend, customer-centric graphics Translate fashion and graphic trends into commercial, high-quality designs Develop aesthetically strong and brand-appropriate print designs (placement, icons, repeats) Ensure all graphics are technically accurate and production-ready Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines Required Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Strong understanding of color, composition, and layout Skilled in surface pattern, textile print, and illustration design Ability to interpret and apply fashion trends to graphic outputs Previous experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Highly creative with a strong commercial sense Experience in childrenswear graphics is preferred Qualifications: Degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Surface Pattern, or related field 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the apparel/fashion industry Interested or know someone perfect for this role?
