Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Support Executive to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will handle queries related to hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies, primarily through phone, email, or remote support tools. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries and provide timely technical assistance via phone, email, or remote desktop tools. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Escalate complex problems to relevant departments or senior technicians when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues and high satisfaction levels. Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the support system. Stay updated with the latest technologies, software updates, and company products. Provide training and guidance to users on product features or basic troubleshooting steps. Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in any field preferred (or equivalent experience). Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Familiarity with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, and support software. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies quickly. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
