Legal & statutory Compliance, PF, Gratuity, ESIC, Bonus, Leave Admin and other related Acts. Ensure timely compliance and maintenance of all statutes.
Ensure proper deployment of contract labor in the plant.
Monitoring & Ensure timely payment of wages and other statutory due to contract labours .
Take care of smooth working of contract labour management system(CLMS)
Ensure through out supervisor, implementation and uninterrupted working , support to contractors in case of any query /difficulties .
General administration of contract labor cell functioning.
Attendance management of Contract Labor.
