Job Summary: Join Accenture's Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) practice as a Procurement Transformation Manager/Consultant/Analyst and drive strategic sourcing and procurement transformations across industries. You will work with leading organizations to enhance their procurement processes, focusing on areas such as strategic cost reduction , sourcing optimization , and intelligent procurement using advanced platforms like Coupa , Ivalua , Zycus , and Jaggaer . This role involves working with global clients to design and implement innovative solutions that improve procurement efficiency and business outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Procurement Transformation & Sourcing Engagements: Lead and deliver Sourcing and Procurement engagements, focusing on strategic cost reduction , sourcing optimization , and procurement transformation . Support the implementation of procurement solutions : conduct requirements gathering , technical design definition , and define test scenarios & scripts to ensure that the configured solution meets client requirements. Act as a key liaison with application developers and multiple stakeholders , managing expectations and ensuring smooth project execution. Understand core Source-to-Pay (S2P) functionalities to assess, design, and implement appropriate solutions. Collaborate with clients to define solutions considering the capabilities within eProcurement platforms like Ivalua , Coupa , Zycus , and Jaggaer . Design test scripts , create user manuals , and provide training to clients on the solution capabilities. Track project performance using S2P KPIs/metrics , ensuring successful implementation and post-implementation value tracking. Business Development & Client Engagement: Participate in business development activities , including responding to proposal requests , conducting roadshows/demos , and assisting in staffing and people engagement. Develop and deliver procurement transformation business cases , identifying opportunities for implementing source-to-pay solutions . Contribute to asset development and support ongoing client liaison activities to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes , challenges, and goals, and design end-to-end solutions for procurement and sourcing processes. Support change management by helping clients adapt to new systems and processes. Skills and Expertise: Ability to define and execute end-to-end Source to Pay processes, including category management , procurement analytics , supplier management , sourcing , contracts , and invoice management . Expertise in procurement platforms such as Coupa , Ivalua , Zycus , and Jaggaer . Strong data analytics skills, including data interpretation and presentation to support decision-making. Ability to solve complex business problems, ensuring client delight and successful delivery. Excellent communication , interpersonal , and presentation skills , enabling you to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment and collaborate with teams across different regions. Must-Have Skills: Sourcing and Procurement expertise. Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles. Data analytics skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Proficiency in procurement transformation and cost analysis strategies. Experience working with S2P platforms like Coupa , Ivalua , Zycus , or Jaggaer . Good-to-Have Skills: Spend Transformation expertise. Experience in procurement analytics and category management . Qualifications: A Master's Degree in a relevant field (Business, Supply Chain Management, etc.). A minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement transformation, sourcing optimization, or related areas.
