Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The incumbent will look at the Supply Chain MIS and Data management role which comprises

SKU Creation in SAP based on information received from Marketing. To co-ordinate with cross functional team like R&D, Packaging Development, Finance, Costing for other details required for creation
Material extension in SAP to all hubs either manually or upload
SKU addition in Beatroute system in a specific format
KIT BOM definition at hub level for all KIT Managed SKUs
Sales Data Checking and Upload in Planning System
Master Data Management like SKU Addition, customer conversion to Territory, UOMs etc to be done in the planning system.
Suggest and Co-ordinate with External Vendor on developments to be made in the Planning system.
Co-ordinate between different stakes holders within SCM Department like Distribution, Production, Plant Demand Planning for master data updation.
Preparing and analyzing various MIS reports in excel for monthly, quarterly, yearly level. Usage and developing VBA Analytics wherever required
Dashboards development and maintenance in the Power BI using DAX query
Publish of Power BI reports at agreed frequency of daily | weekly | monthly
Closely co-ordinate with IT Team on Automations. All Manual Tasks are to be automated. UAT to be performed.
Virtual Plant Code creation in SAP for Token management. Further management of these in DataGuru.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2-4 years of experience into Data Management
Good written and verbal communication
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, SAP & PowerBI
Ability to comprehend
High Analytical skills
