1. Supervise day-to-day housekeeping activities and staff2. Ensure proper cleaning methods and materials are used3. Manage schedules and assign staff duties independently4. Maintain a professional and respectful work environment5. Encourage teamwork and mutual respect among staff6. Handle leave requests fairly and flexibly7. Quickly identify and resolve any operational issues
Skills Needed
1. Prior experience in team supervision or hospitality preferred2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills3. Able to work in cold environments and flexible shifts4. Basic knowledge of safety procedures5. Basic System Knowledge is must
